90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product, you have 90 days from the day of receipt to return it for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in good condition and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nordglow-home.com. All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during checkout.

If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., change of mind), the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific fee will depend on the courier you choose.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

We recommend adding tracking to your shipment and keeping the tracking number until the refund process is complete.

To return your items, please email info@nordglow-home.com   with your order number, and return instructions will be provided.


Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at info@nordglow-home.com  , including your order number and photos of the item if applicable. We will gladly replace the item free of charge.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are shipped every business day (Monday to Saturday).
If the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped and within the website's cancellation window, your order can be canceled without issue.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to return the item for a refund.


Change of Mind / Exchanges

For change of mind or exchanges, please contact us at info@nordglow-home.com   within the 90-day money-back period. Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind after the 90-day period has elapsed.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, only unused products can be accepted for exchange.


Order Not Received

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 1 week of the delivery date. We will investigate and may issue a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.


Return Processing Time

We aim to process returns within 1 day of receiving the returned item. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
